Oreo Halloween Cake-pops
Oreo Halloween Cake-pops Recipe
Ingredients:
- 20 Oreo cookies (any flavor)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Orange and black food coloring
- Candy eyeballs
- Lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling
pin. Reserve a small amount of cookie crumbs for later use. - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with the softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each cake-pop.
- In separate bowls, add a few drops of food coloring to the melted white chocolate and mix well until the desired
orange and black colors are achieved. - Dip each cake-pop into the melted colored chocolate and allow any excess to drip off.
- Place each cake-pop back on the parchment paper to dry.
- Before the chocolate hardens, decorate the cake-pops with candy eyeballs and sprinkle some of the reserved cookie crumbs
on top for added texture. - Allow the chocolate to set completely.
- Once set, your delicious Oreo Halloween Cake-pops are ready to enjoy!
