Snabb ramen
Recipe: Snabb Ramen
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of shredded cooked chicken or tofu
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil.
- Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken/tofu and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring gently to create egg ribbons.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and ladle the broth with mushrooms, chicken/tofu, and egg over the noodles.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Snabb Ramen!
