Aioli
Aioli Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, egg yolk, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Gradually add the olive oil while whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add the lemon juice and continue whisking until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
