Falukorvsmacka
Falukorvsmacka Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Falukorv sausage
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter for spreading
- Mustard (optional)
- Ketchup (optional)
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Cucumber slices (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
- Cut the Falukorv sausage into thin slices.
- Place the sausage slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Put the baking tray in the oven and bake the sausage slices for about 10-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy.
- In the meantime, spread butter on each slice of bread.
- If desired, add mustard and/or ketchup on one or both sides of the bread.
- Once the sausage slices are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool down for a few minutes.
- Place the sausage slices on one side of the bread slices, add cheese slices and cucumber slices (if desired), and cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Your Falukorvsmacka is now ready to be enjoyed!
Remember to serve it with your favorite side dishes, such as potato chips or a fresh salad.
