Gratinerade havskräftor Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh havskräftor
- 100g butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Carefully clean the havskräftor and remove the shells, leaving the tails intact.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the havskräftor on a baking sheet and evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over each tail.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the havskräftor tails are cooked through.
- Serve the gratinerade havskräftor hot and enjoy!
