Delicious Banana Bread Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Mix in the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
