Egg muffins
Egg Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs together.
- Add the chopped onion, bell peppers, spinach, grated cheese, salt, and black pepper to the beaten eggs.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 of the way.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
