Grönsaksgratäng
Ingredienser:
- 2 stora potatisar, skalade och skivade
- 2 morötter, skalade och skivade
- 1 gul lök, hackad
- 1 zucchini, skivad
- 1 aubergine, skivad
- 1 röd paprika, skivad
- 2 dl riven ost (t.ex. mozzarella eller cheddar)
- 2 dl grädde
- 2 msk olivolja
- 1 tsk torkad oregano
- 1 tsk torkad basilika
- 1 tsk salt
- 1/2 tsk svartpeppar
Gör så här:
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, carrots, onion, zucchini, aubergine, and red pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place half of the vegetable mixture in the baking dish and pour half of the cream mixture over it. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining vegetables, cream mixture, and cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Allow the gratin to cool for a few minutes before serving.
