Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 cup of cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.
- Push vegetables to one side of the pan and add beaten eggs to the other side.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them in with the vegetables.
- Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until heated through.
- Add cooked white rice to the pan and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
